Dress Code: Desert Cocktail

Palm Springs in June is warm, so comfort + cute is perfect.

We strongly recommend rideshare.

A buffet dinner will be served featuring:

- Cream of forest mushroom soup

- Grilled hearts of romaine with parmesan, croutons & creamy anchovy-citrus dressing

- Truffle-vinaigrette asparagus with fresh chive

- Red kale, frisée & baby spinach salad with onion, feta, dried cherry tomato & mozzarella

- Brined, grilled free-range chicken breast with quinoa stir fry & spicy chili Indio date sauce

- Seared salmon with cipollini onion, creamy polenta & red wine jus

- Creamy whipped potato with melted gruyere

- Penne pasta with compare tomatoes, baby spinach, shaved parmesan & olive oil

- Roasted seasonal vegetables

Desserts: Indio sticky date pudding, local citrus meringue tartlets & fresh berry sprinkle cakes
